Do you deliver the gamer bounce house in the Rio Grande Valley? +

Yes — we deliver and set up across McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr, Weslaco, and nearby areas. Delivery fees vary by location.

What comes with the rental? +

We include the blower, extension cord, and stakes for grass setups. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup.

How much space do I need for setup? +

You’ll need enough flat space for the inflatable plus extra clearance on all sides. If you tell us your setup area, we can confirm if it fits.

What do you need for power? +

A standard 110V outlet within about 50 feet is best. Please avoid sharing the outlet with heavy appliances during the rental.

Can you set up on concrete, turf, or a driveway? +

Yes — but non-grass setups require sandbags/weights (additional cost) so we can secure it safely.

What if it rains or it’s windy on my event day? +

If weather is an issue, we can reschedule with notice. For safety, we may delay setup or cancel in high winds.

Do kids need adult supervision? +

Yes — an adult should supervise at all times to make sure kids play safely and follow capacity rules.
