Description

A 40' x 40' tent offers 1,600 square feet of space—ideal for medium to large gatherings. It comfortably seats around 160 guests for a sit-down dinner, 200 for a buffet, or up to 320 guests for a standing cocktail-style event. Capacity may vary depending on your setup, including tables, dance floors, or other event features.

Sit-down Dinner: 133-160 guests, using roughly 10 square feet per person for round tables.
Buffet Dinner: 160-200 guests, with more space available for food service.
Cathedral/Theater Style Seating: 200-267 guests, as rows of chairs take up less space.
Cocktail/Standing Party: 267-320+ guests, utilizing the most efficient space usage.
