Our spacious 20′ × 40′ tent (approximately 800 square feet of event space) is designed to accommodate a variety of seating configurations, ensuring a comfortable and stylish setting for your event. Below are sample seating capacities based on common table setups:

- Table Size & Seating: When using 60″ round tables—which typically seat 8 to 10 guests each—our tent can comfortably accommodate about 8 to 10 tables.
- Estimated Capacity: This setup can host roughly 64 to 100 guests. The exact number depends on the table diameter chosen and the amount of circulation space required.

Rectangular Tables (Banquet Style):
- Table Size & Seating: For rectangular tables, a common choice is a 6′ banquet table that seats 6 to 8 guests per table (depending on whether seating is on one or both sides).
- Estimated Capacity: Arranging approximately 10 to 12 rectangular tables can yield seating for about 60 to 96 guests. This configuration works well if you want to maximize face-to-face interaction while still ensuring comfortable spacing.

Cocktail Tables:
- Setup & Capacity: For a more casual, lounge-style event, high-top cocktail tables can be scattered throughout the tent to create relaxed seating and conversation areas.
- Estimated Capacity: Depending on the arrangement and accompanying lounge seating (such as stools or chairs), a cocktail table setup can comfortably serve as a mingling area for 50 to 80 guests. This option is ideal for events where guests are expected to move around and socialize rather than sit for extended meals.
