Customer is responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, including gas lines, sprinkler lines, septic systems, or any other ground utilities in the setup area
Sky High Rentals is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities
👉 WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Clear, level space for tent and seating layout
Easy access to the setup area (clear path and gate access)
If staking is not allowed, water barrels/weights are required and are an additional charge
A 20x30 tent is 600 sq ft, so the answer depends on table style + how much “walkway/buffet/DJ” space you want. Here are solid real-world ranges you can use:
Round tables (60" rounds, 8 chairs each)

Comfortable: 5 rounds = 40 guests

Tight max: 6 rounds = 48 guests
(6 rounds is usually the ceiling once you leave decent aisles.)
Rectangular tables (6 ft banquet tables)
Most setups seat 6 per table (3 per side) or 8 per table (3 per side + 1 on each end).
